Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1½ cups baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Sear chicken in olive oil until golden.
2. Place potatoes and butter in the crockpot.
3. Lay chicken on top.
4. Mix cream, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
5. Pour sauce over chicken.
6. Cook on low 4–5 hours.
7. Stir gently before serving and garnish.

Swap potatoes for veggies if desired.
