Description
Warm, spiced, and cozy Gingerbread Chai Tea Latte made with chai, molasses, and gingerbread syrup.
Ingredients
¾ cup dark brown sugar
¼ cup molasses
2 cups water
3 cinnamon sticks
8 allspice berries
6 cloves
2 tsp grated ginger
2 chai tea bags
1 cup milk
3 tbsp gingerbread syrup
Instructions
1. Make syrup.
2. Steep chai in milk.
3. Combine syrup and chai milk.
4. Top with whipped cream.
5. Serve warm or iced.
Notes
Store syrup in fridge up to 4 weeks.
Add espresso for a dirty chai.
Use fresh ginger for best flavor.
