Description
Greek Yogurt Deviled Eggs are a lighter creamy appetizer made with protein-packed yogurt instead of mayo.
Ingredients
6 large eggs
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped chives
Smoked paprika for garnish
Instructions
1. Boil eggs 10 minutes
2. Cool in ice bath
3. Peel and slice eggs
4. Remove yolks
5. Mash yolks with yogurt mustard and lemon
6. Fill egg whites
7. Garnish and chill

Dry egg whites well
Store chilled
