1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp white vinegar
Green food coloring
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Whisk dry ingredients
3. Beat butter and sugar
4. Add egg and vanilla
5. Mix buttermilk and vinegar
6. Combine wet and dry ingredients
7. Add green coloring
8. Bake 16-18 minutes and cool
9. Beat frosting ingredients
10. Frost cooled cupcakes
Notes
Use gel coloring for vibrant shade
Do not overmix batter
Chill frosting if soft
