Description
Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa that is fresh, flavorful, and high in protein.
Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 ripe avocados, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 red onion, diced
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Mix oil, lemon juice, garlic, and seasonings.
3. Brush salmon with mixture.
4. Grill 5-6 minutes per side until flaky.
5. Combine avocado salsa ingredients.
6. Top grilled salmon with salsa.
7. Serve immediately.
Notes
Do not overcook salmon.
Prepare salsa just before serving.
Use grill pan if cooking indoors.
