Description
Healthy buffalo chicken dip made with Greek yogurt and lean chicken. Creamy, high-protein, and perfect for parties or meal prep.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup blue cheese (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375ยฐF.
2. Mix yogurt, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and pepper.
3. Fold in chicken and half the mozzarella.
4. Spread into baking dish.
5. Top with remaining cheese.
6. Bake 18โ20 minutes until bubbly.
7. Garnish and serve warm.

Make ahead up to 24 hours.
Store leftovers 4 days refrigerated.
