Soft, chewy Heart Shaped Chocolate Chip Cookies made with simple ingredients and shaped by hand — perfect for Valentine’s Day or sweet gifting.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 ½ cups chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
4. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; add to wet mixture.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Shape dough into hearts and place on baking sheet.
7. Bake 9–11 minutes until golden.
8. Cool on a wire rack.
Notes
Chill dough before shaping for best results. Store in airtight container up to 5 days.
