Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Brown beef and drain fat.
2. Add onion, garlic, and peppers; cook until soft.
3. Transfer to crockpot and add remaining ingredients.
4. Stir well; cook on Low for 6 hours or High for 3 hours.
5. Serve hot with toppings.
Notes
Store leftovers in fridge up to 4 days.
