High Protein Avalanche Cookies that are creamy, crunchy, and no bake with added protein.
Ingredients
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave.
3. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
4. Stir in protein powder.
5. Fold in crispy rice cereal.
6. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
7. Drop spoonfuls onto sheet.
8. Chill 20 minutes until firm.
Notes
Add milk if mixture is too thick.
Store in refrigerator.
Freeze up to 2 months.
