Description

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Meatballs are sweet, savory, and easy to make in the crockpot.


Ingredients

Scale

32 oz frozen fully cooked meatballs

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

3 cloves garlic minced

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons water

Sesame seeds optional

Green onions optional


Instructions

1. Add frozen meatballs to slow cooker

2. Whisk honey, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar

3. Pour sauce over meatballs

4. Cover and cook on LOW for 240 minutes

5. Mix cornstarch and water

6. Stir mixture into slow cooker during last 20 minutes

7. Cook until sauce thickens and serve warm

Notes

Use LOW for best texture

Store leftovers 4 days
