Description
Italian Pasta Salad packed with fresh vegetables, salami, mozzarella, and zesty Italian dressing. A colorful and easy side dish perfect for summer gatherings and meal prep.
Ingredients
12 oz rotini pasta
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
3/4 cup fresh mozzarella balls
1/2 cup sliced black olives
3/4 cup Italian salami, sliced into strips
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup Italian dressing
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Boil the rotini pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and cool completely.
2. Chop the vegetables and slice the salami.
3. Add cooled pasta to a large bowl.
4. Toss in tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, mozzarella, and salami.
5. Pour Italian dressing over the salad.
6. Mix gently until evenly coated.
7. Season with salt and black pepper.
8. Garnish with fresh basil and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chill for at least 30 minutes for better flavor.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Add banana peppers or Parmesan for variation.
