Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
4 strips crispy cooked pork, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup celery, diced
2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook and cool the chicken, then dice into bite-size pieces.
2. Cook the pork strips until crisp and chop them.
3. Mix mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice in a bowl.
4. Add salt and pepper.
5. Fold in chicken, celery, onion, and crispy pork.
6. Mix until fully coated.
7. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
