Description
Kielbasa and Peppers Sheet Pan Meal that roasts smoky and tender in one pan.
Ingredients
1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
2 red bell peppers, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425ยฐF and line sheet pan.
2. Add kielbasa and vegetables to pan.
3. Drizzle olive oil and season.
4. Toss to coat evenly.
5. Spread in single layer.
6. Roast 25 minutes until browned and tender.
7. Serve warm.
Notes
Roast in single layer for best texture.
Store leftovers up to 4 days.
Use spicy kielbasa for extra heat.
