Ingredients

4 salmon fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves
1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Parsley
Instructions
1. Pat salmon dry and season.
2. Sear skin-side down.
3. Flip and cook through.
4. Add butter and garlic.
5. Pour lemon juice.
6. Baste with sauce and serve.
