Ingredients

Scale

4 salmon fillets

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves

1 lemon

Salt and pepper

Parsley


Instructions

1. Pat salmon dry and season.

2. Sear skin-side down.

3. Flip and cook through.

4. Add butter and garlic.

5. Pour lemon juice.

6. Baste with sauce and serve.

Notes

Try baking instead of searing.

Use lime juice for a twist.
