Description

Leprechaun Popcorn for St. Patrick’s Day made with white chocolate, green candy, and festive sprinkles. Sweet, crunchy, and perfect for parties.


Ingredients

8 cups plain popped popcorn

1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

12 drops green food coloring

1/2 cup green candy-coated chocolates

2 tablespoons green sprinkles

1 tablespoon gold sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

1. Spread popcorn on parchment-lined baking sheet.

2. Melt white chocolate until smooth.

3. Add green food coloring and stir.

4. Drizzle chocolate over popcorn.

5. Sprinkle candy and sprinkles evenly.

6. Let set 10 minutes.

7. Break into clusters and serve.

Notes

Use fully cooled popcorn.

Store in airtight container up to 3 days.
