Description

Marry Me Chicken is a creamy, garlic-Parmesan skillet chicken dish that’s perfect for romantic dinners or cozy nights at home.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

1. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sear chicken until golden, about 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

4. Add chicken broth and deglaze pan. Stir in cream, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and red pepper flakes.

5. Let sauce simmer until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.

6. Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over top. Simmer another 5–7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.

7. Garnish with basil and serve hot.

Notes

Great with mashed potatoes, pasta, or crusty bread.

Can be prepped ahead and sauce stored separately.
