Description

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

ยฝ teaspoon dried thyme


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF

2. Pat the chicken dry

3. Place chicken on a lined baking sheet

4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken

5. Mix all spices in a small bowl

6. Rub seasoning evenly over the chicken

7. Bake for 22โ€“25 minutes until cooked through

8. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice
