Description
Mini Avalanche Cookie Bites that are creamy, crunchy, and no bake with peanut butter and white chocolate.
Ingredients
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Line mini muffin pan with liners.
2. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave.
3. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
4. Fold in crispy rice cereal.
5. Cool slightly and stir in mini chocolate chips.
6. Spoon into mini muffin wells.
7. Chill 20 minutes until firm.
8. Remove and serve.
Notes
Chill fully before removing.
Store in refrigerator.
