Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1½ cups flour
½ cup cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt
½ cup cream
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Add vanilla, flour, cornstarch, and salt.
4. Shape dough and bake 10 minutes.
5. Heat cream, pour over chocolate, stir.
6. Cool and sandwich with ganache.
