Mini Valentine’s Day cupcakes made from scratch with vanilla cake and buttercream frosting.
Ingredients
Scale
1 cup flour
½ cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup milk
¼ cup oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup butter
1½ cups powdered sugar
1–2 tbsp milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and line mini pan
2. Mix cupcake batter
3. Fill liners halfway
4. Bake and cool
5. Make buttercream
6. Frost and decorate
Notes
Do not overfill liners for best shape
