Description
Mint Chocolate Chip Brownies are fudgy layered brownies with cool mint frosting and chocolate topping.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup mint chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix melted butter and sugars
3. Add eggs and vanilla
4. Stir in cocoa flour salt and chips
5. Bake 22-25 minutes and cool
6. Beat mint frosting ingredients
7. Spread frosting and chill
8. Melt chocolate topping and spread
9. Chill until set and slice

Do not overbake
Chill before slicing
