Description
A hearty one-pot beef chili mac loaded with ground beef, beans, and macaroni in a rich, spicy sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup tomato sauce
2 cups beef broth
1 ½ cups elbow macaroni
Spices, cheese, garnish
Instructions
1. Brown beef and drain fat
2. Add onion and garlic
3. Stir in spices
4. Add tomatoes, sauce, and broth
5. Stir in beans and macaroni
6. Simmer until pasta is tender
7. Mix in cheese and serve
Notes
Use ground turkey for a lighter version.
Add jalapeños for spice.
