Description
Creamy, savory One-Pot Beef Stroganoff made with tender beef, mushrooms, and noodles in a rich sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb beef sirloin
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
3 cups beef broth
8 oz egg noodles
¾ cup sour cream
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
Parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Brown beef in olive oil.
2. Remove beef and sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
3. Add broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to simmer.
4. Add noodles; cook until tender.
5. Stir in sour cream and mustard off heat.
6. Return beef to pot; mix well.
7. Season and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
Add a splash of wine for extra flavor.
