Description
Creamy one-pot pasta loaded with Cajun-spiced chicken, bell peppers, and Parmesan in a rich sauce.
Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 red bell pepper
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups chicken broth
8 oz penne pasta
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Heat oil; brown chicken in Cajun seasoning.
2. Add garlic and peppers; sauté.
3. Pour in broth and cream.
4. Add pasta; simmer until tender.
5. Stir in Parmesan; season and serve.
Notes
Add shrimp for variation. Store leftovers 3 days in fridge.
