Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup long-grain white rice
2 cups chicken broth
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
2. Add rice and stir to coat.
3. Pour in broth, simmer 15 minutes.
4. Stir in cream and Parmesan.
5. Season and garnish.
Notes
Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor.
Avoid high heat to prevent burning garlic.
