Creamy, comforting One-Pot Spinach Chicken Gnocchi—quick, hearty, and full of flavor.
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
16 oz gnocchi
3 cups spinach
½ cup Parmesan
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper
Instructions
1. Heat oil; cook chicken.
2. Add garlic.
3. Stir in cream and broth.
4. Add gnocchi and simmer.
5. Mix in spinach and Parmesan.
6. Serve warm.
Notes
Use kale for variety.
Add red pepper for spice.
Rotisserie chicken works too.
