Description
This orange rosemary drink is refreshing, citrusy, and herbal—a perfect mix of fresh orange slices and rosemary sprigs infused in cold water or sparkling for an elegant, hydrating beverage.
Ingredients
1 large orange, thinly sliced
2–3 fresh rosemary sprigs
4 cups cold filtered or sparkling water
1 tablespoon honey or agave (optional)
Ice cubes (for serving)
Instructions
1. Lightly bruise the rosemary sprigs with your fingers to release oils.
2. Place orange slices and rosemary into a large glass pitcher.
3. Pour the water (still or sparkling) over the ingredients.
4. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
5. Serve cold over ice, garnished with additional orange and rosemary if desired.
Notes
You can infuse longer (up to 12 hours) for stronger flavor.
Add frozen orange slices or rosemary-infused ice cubes for extra presentation.
For a cocktail version, add a splash of vodka or gin.
