Description
Parmesan Crusted Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner that roasts crispy and golden with tender vegetables.
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
2 cups broccoli florets
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425ยฐF and line sheet pan.
2. Whisk eggs in bowl.
3. Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, and seasonings.
4. Dip chicken in egg and coat in mixture.
5. Place on pan.
6. Toss vegetables with oil and spread on pan.
7. Roast 25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
8. Serve warm.
Notes
Press coating firmly onto chicken.
Roast in single layer.
Store leftovers up to 4 days.
