Peanut Butter Cup Avalanche Cookies that are creamy, crunchy, and no bake with chopped peanut butter cups.
Ingredients
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions
1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave.
3. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
4. Fold in crispy rice cereal.
5. Cool slightly and stir in chopped peanut butter cups.
6. Drop spoonfuls onto sheet.
7. Chill 20 minutes until firm.
Notes
Add candy after mixture cools slightly.
Store in refrigerator.
Freeze up to 2 months.
