Soft peanut butter Valentine’s Day Kiss cookies with chocolate centers.
Ingredients
Scale
½ cup butter
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1¼ cups flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
24 chocolate Kisses
Instructions
1. Cream butter and peanut butter
2. Add sugars, egg, and vanilla
3. Mix in dry ingredients
4. Roll dough
5. Bake briefly
6. Press Kisses
7. Finish baking
