Description

A soft, elegant vanilla cake infused with pink champagne and topped with fluffy buttercream frosting — perfect for celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale

2¾ cups all-purpose flour

2½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¾ cup butter

1¾ cups sugar

5 egg whites

1 tsp vanilla

¾ cup pink champagne

½ cup milk

Pink food coloring

1 cup butter

4 cups powdered sugar

¼ cup champagne

1 tsp vanilla

Pink coloring


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Whisk dry ingredients.

3. Cream butter and sugar; add egg whites and vanilla.

4. Alternate dry mix and champagne-milk mix.

5. Add pink color.

6. Bake 25–30 min.

7. Cool, frost with champagne buttercream.

Notes

Store covered in fridge up to 3 days. Use sparkling juice for non-alcoholic version.
