Description
Pistachio Irish Cream Dessert Bars with buttery crust and creamy pistachio Irish cream filling.
Ingredients
1½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup powdered sugar
¾ cup melted butter
¼ tsp salt
1 package instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
½ cup Baileys Irish Cream
8 oz cream cheese
½ cup sugar
1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix crust ingredients.
3. Press into pan.
4. Bake 20–25 minutes.
5. Cool completely.
6. Whisk pudding, milk, and Irish cream.
7. Beat cream cheese and sugar.
8. Combine mixtures.
9. Fold in whipped topping.
10. Spread over crust.
11. Chill 2 hours before slicing.
Notes
Chill fully for clean slices.
Store refrigerated up to 4 days.
