Pistachio Pudding Dessert Cups are creamy no-bake layered treats perfect for parties and holidays.
Ingredients
1 box 3.4 oz instant pistachio pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 cup whipped topping
1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
Extra whipped topping for garnish
Instructions
1. Whisk pudding mix and milk
2. Let set 5 minutes
3. Fold in whipped topping
4. Layer crushed cookies in cups
5. Add pudding mixture
6. Repeat layers if desired
7. Top with whipped topping and pistachios
8. Chill at least 1 hour before serving
