Description
Classic Swedish princess cake with sponge, cream, jam, and marzipan.
Ingredients
4 large eggs
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup pastry cream
½ cup raspberry jam
14 oz green marzipan
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and prepare pan
2. Whip eggs and sugar until thick
3. Fold in dry ingredients
4. Bake and cool sponge
5. Slice cake into layers
6. Layer jam, pastry cream, and whipped cream
7. Shape into dome
8. Cover with marzipan

Chill the cake before slicing for clean layers
