Description
This protein pancakes recipe is quick, healthy, and made with real food. No blender required—just a bowl, a fork, and 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 large eggs
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/4 cup oats or oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2–3 tbsp milk (any kind)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Butter or spray for cooking
Instructions
1. Mash banana in bowl.
2. Add eggs and whisk.
3. Stir in protein powder.
4. Mix in oats and baking powder.
5. Add milk to thin.
6. Heat skillet and grease.
7. Pour batter and cook both sides.
8. Serve with toppings of choice.
Notes
Use applesauce instead of banana for variation.
Add chocolate chips or berries for extra flavor.
Freezes well for up to 2 months.
