Ingredients
Unsalted butter
Brown sugar
White sugar
Egg
All-purpose flour
Cocoa powder
Baking soda
Salt
Dark chocolate chips
Heavy cream
Dark chocolate for dipping
Freeze-dried raspberries
Instructions
1. Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips to make ganache
2. Chill ganache until firm
3. Cream butter and sugars
4. Add egg and mix well
5. Mix in dry ingredients
6. Fill dough with ganache and seal
7. Chill cookies briefly
8. Bake and cool completely
9. Dip cookies in melted chocolate
10. Sprinkle with raspberry powder and set
