Description
A light and creamy raspberry mousse made with fresh raspberries and whipped cream.
Ingredients
Scale
1ยฝ cups raspberries
โ cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Cook raspberries with sugar and lemon juice
2. Blend and strain puree
3. Whip cream with vanilla
4. Fold puree into cream
5. Chill before serving
