Description

Soft, chewy Raspberry Sugar Cookies made with real raspberries for a natural burst of flavor and color.


Ingredients

Scale

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries, lightly crushed


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet.

2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

3. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.

4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt.

5. Fold in raspberries gently.

6. Scoop dough and flatten slightly.

7. Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are set.

8. Cool completely before storing.

Notes

Freeze raspberries before mixing to avoid color bleeding. Store cookies in airtight container for up to 5 days.
