Description
Soft red velvet cookies filled with rich chocolate ganache, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup butter
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp red food coloring
4 oz chocolate
¼ cup cream
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Beat butter and sugars until creamy.
4. Add wet ingredients.
5. Combine and form dough balls.
6. Bake 9–11 minutes.
7. Make ganache and fill cookies.
Notes
Cool completely before storing.
Freeze up to 2 months.
