Red velvet marble cupcakes with swirled vanilla and cocoa batter.
Ingredients
Scale
1¼ cups flour
¾ cup sugar
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup buttermilk
¼ cup oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp red food coloring
1 tsp vinegar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and line pan
2. Mix base batter
3. Color half the batter
4. Fill liners and swirl
5. Bake and cool
Notes
Do not over-swirl to keep clear marbling
