Description

Delicate buttery cookies filled with silky rose-infused chocolate ganache.


Ingredients

Scale

1 cup butter

½ cup powdered sugar

1½ cups flour

½ cup cornstarch

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch salt

4 oz dark chocolate

¼ cup cream

1 tsp rose water

1 tbsp butter


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Beat butter and sugar.

3. Add vanilla, flour, and salt.

4. Roll and cut dough.

5. Bake and cool.

6. Heat cream and pour over chocolate.

7. Add butter and rose water.

8. Spread ganache and sandwich cookies.

Notes

Chill ganache before spreading.

Store airtight up to 5 days.
