Ingredients
16 oz rotini pasta
4 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
4 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
8 oz pepperoni slices, quartered
1 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
1. Cook rotini pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
2. Combine pasta with cheese, vegetables, pepperoni, and basil in a large bowl.
3. Pour Italian dressing over mixture and toss well.
4. Chill before serving for the best flavor.
