Salmon Tacos & Pineapple Avocado Salsa are fresh, sweet, and savory with flaky salmon and bright tropical salsa.
Ingredients
1 lb salmon fillet
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 lime
1 cup pineapple
1 avocado
1/4 cup red onion
2 tbsp cilantro
1 lime
8 tortillas
Instructions
1. Season salmon with oil, spices, and lime.
2. Cook salmon 4-5 minutes per side until flaky.
3. Flake salmon into chunks.
4. Mix pineapple avocado salsa ingredients.
5. Warm tortillas.
6. Assemble tacos and serve.
Notes
Add avocado just before serving.
Store leftovers separately.
