Description
Sausage and Potatoes Sheet Pan Dinner that roasts crispy and hearty in one pan.
Ingredients
1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425ยฐF and line sheet pan.
2. Toss potatoes with oil and seasonings.
3. Roast 10 minutes.
4. Add sausage and vegetables.
5. Toss and spread in single layer.
6. Roast 20 minutes until golden and browned.
7. Serve warm.
Notes
Roast in single layer for crispiness.
Store leftovers up to 4 days.
Reheat in oven for best texture.
