Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheese, and cooked vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares or circles.
4. Spoon a tablespoon of filling onto each piece of pastry.
5. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
