Description

A creamy seafood chowder made easily in the crockpot with shrimp, fish, and tender potatoes.


Ingredients

Scale

2 tbsp butter

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic

2 cups diced potatoes

2 cups seafood stock

1 cup half-and-half

½ lb white fish

½ lb shrimp

½ cup corn

Salt and pepper


Instructions

1. Add butter, onion, garlic, potatoes, and stock to crockpot

2. Cook on low until potatoes are tender

3. Stir in half-and-half and corn

4. Add fish and shrimp

5. Cook until seafood is done

Notes

Add seafood near the end to keep it tender.
