Description
A creamy seafood chowder made with shrimp, fish, and tender potatoes.
Ingredients

2 tbsp butter
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic
2 cups diced potatoes
2 cups seafood stock
1 cup heavy cream
½ lb white fish
½ lb shrimp
½ cup corn
Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Melt butter and cook onion until soft
2. Add garlic and stir
3. Add potatoes and seafood stock and simmer
4. Stir in cream and corn
5. Add fish and shrimp
6. Simmer gently until cooked through
