Spicy Chili Garlic Noodle Salad tossed in bold chili garlic sauce with crisp vegetables and fresh herbs.
Ingredients
8 oz spaghetti or rice noodles
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup thinly sliced red cabbage
1 red bell pepper, sliced
3 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Chili Garlic Dressing:
2 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Instructions
1. Cook noodles and rinse under cold water.
2. Whisk dressing ingredients.
3. Add noodles to bowl.
4. Toss with vegetables.
5. Pour dressing over salad and mix well.
6. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
Notes
Adjust chili sauce for preferred heat.
Store refrigerated up to 3 days.
