Ingredients
1 lb shrimp
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sriracha
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp lime juice
3 cups cooked rice
1 cup carrots
1 cup cucumber
½ cup edamame
Green onion, sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Pat shrimp dry.
2. Cook in olive oil until pink.
3. Mix sauce in skillet.
4. Return shrimp, coat well.
5. Assemble bowls with rice and veggies.
6. Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
Use tofu for a vegetarian version.
Add pineapple for sweetness.
