Description
Spicy Jalapeño Deviled Eggs are creamy deviled eggs with fresh jalapeño heat.
Ingredients
Scale
6 large eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp finely diced jalapeño
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Smoked paprika for garnish
Instructions
1. Boil eggs 10 minutes
2. Cool in ice bath
3. Peel and slice eggs
4. Remove yolks
5. Mash yolks with remaining ingredients
6. Fill egg whites
7. Garnish and chill
Notes
Remove seeds for less heat
Prepare up to 24 hours ahead
